Ticket Questions

A. Yes, but please note that we pay the same gate price for these tickets as everyone else. We offer these tickets as a convenience to our customers so you can avoid the long lines of purchasing them at the gate. The service fee charged on these tickets is to cover our costs.
A. No. You are getting the same exact ticket you would wait in line and purchase at the gate.
A. No. All Disney tickets are non-transferable. Disney will scan your fingertips upon entry and only that person may redeem any remaining admissions left on the ticket.
A. A Base ticket only allows you to visit one major Disney park per day. A Hopper allows you to visit more than one park per day.
A. A Base with the Water Park Fun & More option adds the bonus days to your base package to visit the Disney Water Parks, or Disney Quest. The final package combines BOTH the Hopper and Water Park Fun & More options.
A. Your Water Park Fun & More admissions may be used anytime BEFORE, DURING or AFTER your theme park days are up. For example, you may start the day at Epcot and go to Typhoon Lagoon after lunch. You do not need a hopper ticket if you're only visiting one theme park that day. Keep in mind, you may use more than one Water Park Fun & More admission each day. For example, you may start the day at Typhoon Lagoon and visit both Pleasure Island and Disney Quest at night. In this case, you have used three Water Park Fun & More admissions in one day. You also can repeat your visit to an option park. In other words, you are not limited to only visiting an option park just the one time.
A. No, you can not. A base ticket only allows you entry into one Disney theme park per day. You have to have a hopper package to be able to visit multiple Disney parks on the same day.

Shipping & Returns

A. For orders that are shipped, they are sent via Fed Ex or U.S. Postal Service; the choice is up to you. Please allow three to five business days for your order to arrive. You can also pick up your order free of charge. When placing your order online, select “Free pick up at our office.” Simply visit our Welcome Center located just minutes from Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando to pick up the tickets. We are located at 8000 International Drive on the big corner of Sand Lake Road and International Drive.
A. If your order has not yet been charged, we can cancel the order with no fees assessed to you. However, if the order has already been charged and payment has been collected, you will be responsible for a 15% processing fee. This fee covers the expenses that were incurred processing the credit card for the purchase. There are no returns once a customer receives their tickets. This is because the theme parks emphasize and practice a very strict NO RETURN policy. As a contracted partner, we must abide by this.

Hotel, Resort, and Vacation Home Reservations

A. Yes. Not only will this save you time, but you will save up to 60% off walk-in rates at hotels, suites and villas by booking through Know Before You Go. Our prices are so low that we can't publish them online, so call us 1-800-749-1993 to get the lowest rates in the Disney and Universal area.

A. For parties of four or more, we recommend booking one of our many homes or villas. They are spacious, clean, new and comfortable. As a general rule, you can usually book one of our vacation homes for less than the price of two hotel rooms!
A. No, we only require a small deposit to guarantee our discounted prices.
A. The final payment for all vacation homes, condos, town homes and hotels are due upon checkout.
A. As long as you notify us of your need to cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit, less our $10 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is not per night, but per order.

For hotels, reservations cancelled inside of the 15-day period carry a one-night cancellation fee.

For homes and town homes, the cancellation fee inside of 15 days is equal to the home and town home fee for two nights. Cancellations within five nights of arrival will not receive a refund.
A. The management company which supplies a limited number of homes at these wholesale rates has a unique business model. The reason your rate is 30% to 40% below market is that they are using your reservation to fill in the gaps for their Executive and Standard Vacation Pool Homes. In light of that, your reservation is blind at the time of booking. The communities your home will be in are Sanctuary, Windward Bay, Legacy Park and Highlands Reserve. Once we get four days from your arrival, if you need emergency phone numbers and more specific information, you can contact the management company and get the contact info for the home that has been assigned to you.
A. Most guests will find out when they check into our Welcome Center in Orlando. However, if you need to know sooner, we will know which home has been assigned to you four days from your arrival.
