Are you legitimate and authorized to sell these park
tickets?
A. All our tickets are purchased under
contract direct from the attractions. Our tickets
are guaranteed new and unused. We have a track
record of over 20 years in the business. You can
be assured you are dealing with the best in the
business.
Q. How do you
get your tickets so cheap?
A. All our tickets are purchased in
large volume from the attractions. We get
discounts from the attractions because of the large
volume of tickets we buy and sell. We pass the
savings on to our customers.
Q. Am I
going to receive vouchers or tickets?
A. You will receive the actual ticketsNo vouchers saving you time with no wait at the gate. All of our tickets are the exact same tickets
you would purchase at the gate only for less through us!
Q. Do I
have to visit a timeshare in order to receive tickets?
A. No Timeshare tour Required.
We are a licensed and contracted agent. All our tickets
come with ZERO gimmicks or catches. And NO Fees
Q. I've seen the same the same
ticket advertised on another site for a better price,
can you match this price?
A.
ABSOLUTELY! However, the competing price must be offered
from a legit local competitor and is still in operation.
Also keep in mind some sites post misleading prices until the last step in an order
checkout process where fees are added or
still post outdated prices only to charge you
the newer price when you place an order. This
is deceptive.

prices listed on your web-site in U.S. $'s?
A. Yes. Our office is based in Orlando, FL. just outside of Disney World. All our
posted prices are in U.S. $'s. Use our Currency converter on the top of the site to get accurate International rate.
Ticket Questions
Q. Can I purchase 1 and 2 day Disney Tickets?
A. Yes, we will be offering 1 and 2 Day tickets. Please
note that we pay the same gate price for these tickets as
everyone else. The
service fee is charged on these tickets to cover our
costs. We offer these tickets as a convenience to
our customers to avoid the long lines to purchase them
at the gate.
Q. Are these tickets
any different then the ones you would purchase at the
gate?
A. There is no difference at all. You are
getting the same exact ticket you would wait in line and
purchase at the gate.
Q. Can I share a ticket with
someone else? In other words if I purchase a 4 day
Hopper can 4 people use it on the same day to get in?
A. No. All Disney tickets are non-transferable. They
will scan your fingertips upon entry and only that
person may redeem any remaining admissions left on the
ticket.
Q. What's the
difference between a Base, Hopper, Base with Water Park
Fun & More and a Hopper with Water Park Fun & More Package?
A. A Base ticket only allows you to visit one major
Disney park per day. A Hopper allows you to visit
more than one park per day. A Base with the Water
park Fun & More Option adds the bonus days to your base package
to visit the Disney Water Parks, Quest or Pleasure
Island. The final package combines BOTH
the Hopper and Water Park Fun & More options.
Q. When can I use my Water Park
Fun & More admissions?
A. Your Water Park
Fun & More admissions
may be used anytime BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER your theme
park days are up. For example: You may start the day at
Epcot, and after lunch go to Typhoon Lagoon. You do not
need a hopper ticket if you're only visiting 1 theme
park that day. Keep in mind, you may use more than 1
Water Park Fun & More admission each day. For example: You may start
the day at Typhoon Lagoon, and visit both Pleasure
Island and Disney Quest at night. In this case, you have
used 3 Water Park Fun & More admissions in one day. You also
can repeat an option park. In other words you are not
limited to only visiting an option park one time.
Q. Can I purchase a base ticket
and use 2 base days on the same day to allow me entry
into 2 parks without purchasing a hopper package?
A. No you can't. A base ticket only allows you
entry into 1 Disney theme park per day. You have
to have a hopper package to be able to visit multiple
Disney parks on the same day. In other words, you
can't purchase a 7 day base and use 2 of the days on the
same day to visit 2 Disney parks. You have to have
a hopper package to be able to do that.
Shipping & Returns
Q. What are your shipping/Free Pick Up methods?
A. Orders are sent
by Fed Ex or US Postal Service, as per your selection at checkout. Please allow 3 to 5 business days
for your order to arrive.
Or, select the 'Free pick up at our office' when placing
your order online. Simply visit our Welcome Center located just minutes from Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando. We are located at 8000 International Drive on the big corner of Sand Lake Road and International Drive.
Q. What are your refund
policies?
A. If you order has not
yet been charged, we can cancel the order with no fees
assessed to the customer. However, if the order has
already been charged and payment has been collected,
customer will be responsible for a 15% processing fee.
This fee covers expenses incurred processing your credit
card for the purchase. However, there are no returns
once the customer receives their tickets. The theme
parks emphasize and practice a very strict NO RETURN
policy, and we as a contracted partner must abide.
Q. I've
heard a lot of bad stories about ticket sellers
and timeshare deals, is there a catch?
A. The sharks have
given the genuine ticket sellers a bad name. You
can be assured that there are no catches or gimmicks
when dealing with us. You won't have to sit through
a timeshare presentation or jump through hoops
to get your discount. We have been in business
for over 20 years and are proud members of the

Hotel, Resort, and Vacation Home Reservations
A. Yes we have the lowest hotels and vacation homes in Orlando for over 20 years our rates our lower than most booking engines. In fact, our prices are so low we can't publish them online. Call us 1-800-749-1993 for the lowest rates for hotels in The Disney and Universal Area.
Q. Can we book Disney Hotels?
A. Yes, we deal with all Disney Hotels. Call us at 1-800-749-1993 for lowest rates and last minute specials.
Q. Are you related in any way to a Timeshare?
A. No, we do not deal with timeshares. We are one of the largest hotel consolidators in Orlando. Our business model is to give our guests amazing customer service with the lowest prices available in the market. We have been able to do this because of our unique marketing approach.
Q. I'm traveling with a large party, what would you recommend?
A. For parties of four or more, we recommend booking one of our many Homes or Villas. These homes are spacious, clean, new and comfortable. As a rule, you can often book one of our vacation homes for less than the price of two hotel rooms!
Q. Am I required to pay everything up front?
A. No, we only require a small deposit to guarantee our discounted prices.
Q. When will my final payment be due?
A.Final payments for all vacation homes, condos, town homes and hotels are due upon checkout.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. As long as you notify us of your need to cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to arrival we will cheerfully refund to you your deposit of less our small cancellation fee of $ 10. That cancellation fee is not per night but per order. For reservations canceled inside of the 15 day period for hotels, it would carry a one night cancellation fee. For homes and town homes the cancellation fee inside the 15 days is two nights...that is the case up until 5 nights prior to arrival. Cancellations for vacation homes inside five nights of arrival will not receive their money returned.
Q. When I book an Orlando Vacation home, will I know exactly at which specific property I will be staying?
A. The management company, which supplies a limited number of homes at these wholesale rates, has a unique business model. The reason your rate is 30% to 40% below market is that they are using your reservation to fill in the gaps for their Executive and Standard Vacation Pool Homes. In light of that, your reservation is blind at the time of booking as to which home has been designated for you. We do know the communities your home will be in. They are: Sanctuary, Windward Bay, Legacy Park and Highlands Reserve. Once we get four days from your arrival, if you need emergency phone numbers and info, you can contact the management company and get the contact info for the home that has been assigned to you.
Q. When will I know which home I will be in?
A. Most guests will find out when they check into the Welcome Center. However, if you need to know where you are staying for those back home, we will know the fourth day from arrival which home has been assigned to you.
