come the tickets are so cheap?
We purchase
our tickets in large volume under contract from
Disney®, Universal, etc, so we are able to pass
on the savings and sell them at discount rates.
Our tickets come with zero gimmicks...you save time
and money.
Are
these the same tickets as I can buy at the park
gates?
Yes, they are exactly
the same, they're not vouchers and you won't have
to exchange them for tickets. With our tickets you
ring in the savings and walk right in at the gate.

What
do I do if I lose my tickets?
We make photocopies
of all ticket sales that are shipped out and keep
them on file. You may be able to claim back unused
days if your tickets are lost.
These
tickets are paper, I thought Disney® tickets
were plastic?
Disney® used
to have plastic tickets, like credit cards, but
have recently changed back to using paper tickets.
If
I buy my tickets now, will I be able to use them
next month / year?
Yes, there is no
time limit on when you can use the tickets (with
the exception of dinner show tickets). Even if
the ticket prices go up you'll be able to use
them at the parks without paying extra!
I've
seen tickets advertised cheaper on another site,
can you match this price?
Many sites advertise
their tickets and either don't include tax or
still post outdated prices only to charge you
the newer price when you place an order. This
is deceptive. All of our prices are shown to include
tax, what you see is what you pay! If you do find
tickets that are genuinely cheaper, we will offer
a better price, just email us.
How
are your tickets shipped?
Orders are sent
by Fed Ex only. Please allow 3 to 5 business days

by at our Visitors Center at the address above,
select the 'free pick up at our office' when placing
your order online.
I've
heard a lot of bad stories about ticket sellers
and timeshare deals, is there a catch?
The sharks have
given the genuine ticket sellers a bad name. You
can be assured that there are no catches or gimmicks
when dealing with us. You won't have to sit through
a timeshare presentation or jump through hoops
